During my checking in I asked for the welcoming points and have been promised by the receptionist that I will receive the welcome if points as I am a platinum member after checking out which didn’t happen
In the second day a staff member from the hotel while he was parking his car in the parking space behind the hotel scratched my car in front of me, which another bad incident
Unfortunately I was not that happy from this stay which was completely different from my past experience
On top the road construction in front of the hotel was a real issue

No, I do not recommend this property.
Some people and companies do not learn and don’t improve. Definitely “no go” for anyone used to IHG service in other locations except France. DO NOT RECOMMEND this property to anyone sane.

Great rooms and location, for this I would recommend the property, breakfast experience, staff interaction needs improvement, on that side no 4star property experience. No indications at buffet breakfast. Although very few people on a Saturday morning some tables were not cleaned and the cleaning car was still in the restaurant waiting for use. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. During breakfast someone from management who was discussing a remark from a customer in the kitchen where other guests could hear this and afterwards the same guy was talking with someone at reception from housekeeping about a bracelet without helping others to do check-out. While I was still waiting he went out to smoke a cigarette, not even a simple can ai help you… Service improvements needed.

I love your hotel and stayed already 6 or 7 nights and brought many guests (we were 7 last week !). But this time I was disappointed by the tiny room 808 where I could not even enter the shower cabin because the glass door is too close to the shower wall !
