I foudn the VOCO to be a great value for money stay. Staff were more than helpful every step of the way. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. The food and service int he restaurant was very good.

Second visit to the hotel, generally had the feeling they become less interested if you return as they may feel you’re now hooked. Great welcome from Narin at reception, she remembered me from my previous visit. Such a great service at reception. However, despite spending quite a few days at the hotel and being a loyalty member, no upgrades or incentives offered. Room offered was ok, but at the rear of the hotel and very tired looking. A lick of paint doesn’t cover up the feeling this is an old hotel. The bed though is supremely comfortable. The onsite gym is great, loads of new equipment, spacious and clean. Room price is reasonable, though the hotel is at the ‘poorer’ end of orchard road.

I stayed two nights in Singapore and wanted to check out the VOCO Hotel as I have never heard of it but it was at a great location. The bed was very large and made for a very good sleep. The shower had great water volume and pressure. And the room was very comfortable with a nice view. Being an IHG member, I stayed there on points. Upon entering the hotel, I was kindly greeted at registration by a wonderful person name Narin. She was very kind and made me feel very welcomed at this hotel. I would like to thank her for that.
While there, I thoroughly enjoyed the morning buffet breakfast as the staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first evening, it was raining and the concierge was kind enough to offer me a hotel umbrella to borrow.
The only incident was that the thermostat in my room was malfunctioning as I had it set way up to 32 yet it was still very cold. I informed the manager on duty Aida and she was kind enough to offer me another room .. but I only had one more night left and it was easily managed by merely turning off the air con so I decided to stay.
The following day was my check out and the assistant manager? .. Her name is Hanny, was very kind in thanking me for staying at the VOCO. She gave me an update on what they will do to resolve the thermostat issue. She was very kind and had a wonderful and warm smile that would make anybody come back.
The pros outweighed any cons. I would have no problem staying here again due to comfort, friendliness and location.
Thanks to the staff of VOCO for the pretty pleasant stay.

It’s my first time staying at a Voco hotel. I was warmly welcomed by Shoky and introduced the hotel. Gave points on what’s nearby to explore. He even gave me a cookie made in-house, which I ended up bringing some home. The location of the hotel was perfect. Thank you to all the hotel staff for making our stay wonderful!

This was our third stay at Voco. The staff are so warm and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and the Club Lounge offers great hospitality.
Located at the top of Orchard road, less than 5 minutes from shopping plazas and the MRT., so very convenient.
I can not praise enough the following staff- Hanny, Aqid,YZ, Sheryl, Natasha, Ali, Vanu,and all the staff in the Club Lounge. (We are sorry if we have missed anyone.) Thank you all for making our stay fantastic. We hope to see you next year.

it is so handy for everything. shops, hop on buses, taxis, clarke quay. very central and so friendly, The pool on the 24th floor is ideal, with plenty of towels. It was a sad day, the day we left. A wonderful holiday.
Reason for visit:a get away, it became more.
Next destination:singapore...
