Where to begin? We started off our travels to Brisbane rough due to Cyclone Alfred but from the moment we finally arrived at Voco,Jo and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our trip memorable and enjoyable. The river views from the rooms are spectacular and the nightly Happy Hour is suburb. We dined at the restaurant a few times and all of our meals met or exceeded expectations. Also- breakfast at Voco is a must! Never have we seen such attentive staff with such a diverse and wide range of options. From fresh fruit, made to order omelettes, and an extensive Gluten-free section we left each time with full, happy bellies. We also appreciated the suggestions and advice when asking where to eat! Much to our surprise we were able to see beautiful fireworks from our hotel room our final night.
Thanks to Jo and the Voco staff we will be returning to the beautiful city of Brisbane and will ONLY be staying with them.

We came to stay at this Voco at the tail end of the Alfred. The staff were very welcoming and very friendly. We would stay here again on a return visit.

What an amazing place to stay!
Warm welcome, great staff and the room was awesome!
Spectacular view of Southbank watching the storms roll in at sunset.
Hats off to the maintenance team for keeping an old building in such great shape and plugging in the HDMI for my PC.
Cheers to the bar staff for everything.
Snuck over to Bar 1603 for some great skewers too.

From the moment I walked into the hotel, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile.
Check-in experience was seamless.
The food at Zuma was delicious, full buffet breakfast with a chef to customise my omelette the way I like it.
Bed was comfortable and room was clean.
Great views overlooking the river.
The thing that really made the hotel, was the staff!
Couldn't ask for a better hotel. If you're in Brisbane for work or leisure, check out voco.

Stayed 1 night for business. Was fast and efficient check in, nice bar / eating area, comfortable bed.
Aircon was a bit hard to control the fan which meant slightly noisy but overall an OK nights sleep.
There are no room robes, so if you are overnighting, bring something to wear in the room so you don't need to stay in your business clothes.
Despite location near a busy road, the rooms were quiet and the river view was lovely.

Overall the room was comfortable, except the sink was way too low. I'm not tall, but the sink is still very low for me.

I was very jet lagged by the time I arrived at the hotel, but checking in was efficient and when I stepped into my room I was absolutely thrilled! I had a view of the river which a night particularly came to life. To top it off, not long after my check in I got a knock and the door and was presented with a plate of sweet treats. Such a wonderful welcome.
The location is great with easy walking to the South Bank and city centre and it’s a short taxi ride to the airport.
I highly recommend this fabulous hotel.
