I enjoyed this hotel as I visited Stockholm. The hotel is beautiful! The rooms are clean, cozy and the beds are very comfortable. I will say it is a bit outside of the city so if you are looking for an area to walk around this isn't exactly it. However, I enjoyed going into the city all day and exploring then coming back out the hotel and winding down by using the spa. I took Uber the majority of the time but the train is not far.
The restaurant had great food and my server was so lovely! I will definitely look out for more VOCO establishments as I continue to travel.

This hotel is in a business park and it was locked when we arrived at night which was disconcerting since it is a deserted area. Also, the location is 30 minutes from downtown Stockholm. We had very uncomfortable chairs in our room and the TV was in a horrible location. As a visitor on vacation, I do not recommend this location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at voco Stockholm Kista, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As a Royal Ambassador (2024) and IHG Diamond Elite Member, I have stayed at numerous IHG properties worldwide, but this stay left an unforgettable impression on me.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and professionalism. General Manager Niclas Stjernström truly embodies exceptional leadership—he was extremely accessible, accommodating, and genuinely invested in ensuring a remarkable guest experience. He personally took the time to check in on me throughout my stay, followed up on my comfort, and even shared his extraordinary vision for the voco brand, making it clear that this hotel is in great hands.
The front desk team, breakfast staff, and housekeeping team were equally impressive—courteous, attentive, and incredibly professional. They ensured that every detail was taken care of, making my stay seamless and enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern, beautifully designed, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere perfect for both work and relaxation.
One of the highlights of my stay was the generous upgrade to the Junior King Suite, which provided a spacious and serene environment-exactly what I needed for my digital appointments. Niclas also went above and beyond by granting access to spa and premium facilities, further elevating my experience. My brother, Steve Daniel Mayo, who was visiting Sweden for the first time, was equally impressed and had an unforgettable experience thanks to the incredible hospitality extended by the entire team. Special shout out to the breakfast Chef for special fruit bowls and Brian.
This stay at voco Stockholm Kista reaffirmed why IHG remains my trusted and preferred hospitality brand. The team’s genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence set a new benchmark for what a perfect hotel stay should be. The restaurant shuts at 9!! And no chance it eat. The room was not cleaned during my stay. Water taps are ridiculous and not working. In the spa, the taps ain’t working either, sauna doors are not fit properly, the venue is extremely cold…
